Some jobs booked through ashworthwaterdamage.com may be carried out by licensed independent contractors working in coordination with Ashworth Water Damage. Regardless of who performs the work, we stand behind the quality and coordination of every project we schedule.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of NV, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services we provide will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in NV, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashworth Water Damage‘s total liability to you for any claim arising from our services or this site is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service at issue. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
